If you want to report a lighting fault, it’s quite easy.
Log onto the Ayrshire Roads Alliance website and type the name of the street with the faulty light into the search box.
That will bring up a map with of streetlights like this:
You can zoom in to the streetlight which isn’t working and click on it:
Then you have the option to report the fault directly by clicking on the blue text.
Or, if you prefer, you can report a ‘batch’ of lights by email using the numbers on the pop-ups. You can contact Ayrshire Roads Alliance by phone on 01563 503160 or email enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org.
